Nyssa sylvatica AGM Insignificant flowers. Oval, mid green leaves which turn scarlet, red or orange in the autumn, deciduous. Height a slow growing tree 5 to 6 metres or more. Spread broadly columnar 2.5 to 3.5 metres. Often suckers to form a large thicket after many years.
