About Us

The nurseries were established in 1972 with the aim of producing mainly container grown plants in a far wider range than is normally available in the average nursery or garden centre, allowing all gardeners and plant lovers to choose everything they need to make their ideal garden from one place. We sell some sundries to compliment the plants and help with planting and keeping them in tip top condition.

We can offer a mail order service for many plants though larger plants may be expensive to transport or too large for carriers to deliver. Delivery is also available by our own transport and we are happy to quote for this service. We welcome customers who wish to visit us and choose the plants they require. We are happy to reserve plants for collection. Our opening times are 9.00am to 5.00pm seven days a week

The nursery is normally open seven days a week including Bank Holidays, and skilled advice is available. We believe we have the widest range of plants in the south east, which include trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants, roses (including many varieties of old fashioned species of roses), climbers, rhododendrons and azaleas, alpines, herbs and bedding plants in season. As a growing nursery if a plant is out of stock it may be that we will not have another crop until we have grown more but we are always happy to reserve plants and let you know when they are ready for collection or despatch.

Our catalogue lists plants generally available but more unusual items may be in short supply. Please contact us for any plants you require that are not listed, we may be able to help. It is always a good idea to contact us to check availability before driving a long way as plants available today may well have gone tomorrow!
