Staphylea - Sun or part shade.  D

S. colchica White flowers in 13cm. erect panicles in May and June, often followed by bladder-like capsules. Green leaves made up of three leaflets, deciduous. Height a large shrub to small, erect, tree, 2.5 to 3 metres. Spread 1.5 to 2.5 metres.
