FILIPENDULA (Meadowsweet) Requires moist even boggy soils. Best in full sun, but will tolerate part shade. May get mildew in dry soils

F. ‘Kahome’ Flat feathery heads of pink flowers from June to August. Mid green divided leaves. Height up to 60cm. Spread about 30cm.

F. rubra ‘Venusta’ AGM Flat feathery heads of deep rose pink flowers from June to August. Mid green divided leaves. Height up to 180cm. Spread about 120cm.

F. ulmaria 'Flore Pleno' Dense heads of double, white flowers in June and July. Deeply cut and fern like mid green leaves. Height 45 to 60cm. Spread 45cm

F. ulmaria ‘Variegata’ Creamy white clusters of flowers from June to August. Dark green divided leaves splashed bright yellow in the centre. Height 60cm. Spread 30cm.
