Hakonechloa Best in a humus rich, moist, soil in sun.

H. macra ‘Aureola’AGM Purple stems and green striped, yellow, leaves that age to reddish brown. Open panicles of reddish brown flower spikes may appear in autumn. Height 25cm. Spread 45cm.
